This page of the wizard is for setting up how many versions of each backed up file are kept, where they are stored, and so on.
If you are not sure what to do accept the default choices offered and click on the Next button to go to the next page.
Keep the < number> most recent backups- we recommend this should be a large number, between 50 - 200. When a file has reached this limiting number of versions saved, VersionSaver does not stop saving versions, it just overwrites the oldest version it has saved with the latest version.
Minutes between saving files - we suggest this is set to a low value of between 2 - 5 minutes. VersionSaver does not make a backup of file each time it changes. Instead it looks at files at intervals of the time period you set here and saves a new backup version of any file that has changed during that period. So, for example, if you set the minutes between saving files to 5 minutes, then, every 5 minutes, VersionSaver looks to see if files have changed. For any file that has changed, VersionSaver makes a numbered copy of that latest file version.
Backup Directory Path -you can specify here where your backup files should be stored.
